Built in 1986, Stadium Perbadanan Pasir Gudang was the first fully air-conditioned indoor sports arena in Johor. It boasts 10,000 capacities all seated venue. It is designed to host multitude of events including corporate events, concerts, wedding receptions, exhibitions, sporting events and others.

The venue has since played host to some international events that include the World Youth Volleyball Championship in 1995, World Indoor Equestrian Championship in 1997 and was the official venue for Pencak Silat in the 2001 XXI SEA Games.
