Teraju Focus Sdn Bhd (TFSB) is DASB’s affiliates responsible for providing security services to all properties managed by DASB. TFSB has developed a comprehensive training programme that covers high-tech security and surveillance systems, protection devices and building automation system.

TFSB also provides their services to numerous companies under the JCorp umbrella including manufacturing plants, hospitals, offices, ports, transportation terminals, residential properties and at VIP functions in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Seremban and Kuching.
