We believe our foremost responsibility is to our retail and office tenants that occupied our premises and their customers, employees, guests and visitors who patronize our buildings. We must keep our cost down in order to maintain reasonable rent to enable our retailers to generate profit from their enterprises and to provide our office tenants low overhead cost for their operation. We strive to position our commercial properties as favorite venue and office building as the preferred business address.

We are responsible to our employees, who are the source of Human Capital. They embodied the skills and knowledge in creating value. We must treat them fairly and recognize their merit and potential for advancement. Giving job security, freedom to make suggestion and complaint and adequate compensation to our employees are obligated upon us. At the same time, we expect competent management and actions to be just and ethical.

We are responsible to the communities in which we operate. We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to manage and protecting the environment from the waste that we produce. We have strong desire for our building to be the pride of the community it serves.

Our final responsibility is to our shareholders, and property owner of the buildings that we manage. We must continue our strife to unlock the asset potential value by exploring new ideas and developments. Assets that we own and manage must generate sound return from rental income as well as from capital appreciation by maintaining the property, keep it occupied with tenants and collect rents. Surplus must be created to provide for adverse time. When we operate according to these principles, our shareholders and building owners should realize a fair return.
