Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd (DASB) formerly known as Damansara Town Centre Sdn Bhd, is a member of the Johor Corporation Group of Companies. DASB was established in 1994 with a paid up capital of RM 633 million.

In December 2005, DASB acquired Harta Consult Sdn Bhd, a company that has been serving Johor Corporation as an in-house property manager for more than 30 years. With the acquisition, DASB currently stands amongst the country’s leading property investment and management companies with ore than 100 employees that manages over 5 million sq. ft of retail and commercial space.

DASB is now entrusted to manage 13 buildings comprising of various types of establishments, including securing a lucrative contract to manage Johor Bahru’s main transportation terminal hub along side popular wet market and bazaars.
