Metro Parking was formed in 1991 as a logical extension to complement DASB’s existing property management related services. With only 3 contracts back then, they have since grown to become the country’s premier parking operator that manages over 65,000 parking bays in more than 167 parking sites throughout Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Brunei Darul Salam.

Today, Metro Parking (M) Sdn Bhd has 12 offices throughout Malaysia, with each individual’s operations being managed autonomously.

Other than parking revenues, Metro Parking has also project-managed new car parks and refurbished old car parks in a number of locations. A growing number of car parks are now being exploited commercially for their marketing and media potential. They are specialists in the car parking industry where they can advise on advertising of products and services on the walls of the car parks and equipments.
