Johor Bahru, June 17- A team of highly experienced marketing, property and retail specialists has been appointed to oversee and ensure the smooth running of KOMTAR JBCC, an iconic shopping mall in the heart of Johor Bahru, when it opens next month.
Helming the new team is Jennie Parr who has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and management of upmarket shopping and retail complexes. Jennie has also worked on the pre-opening and opening campaigns for Suria KLCC in Kuala Lumpur.
The other key members of the team include Jimmy Chiam, Director of CCN Asia Property Management (CCN APM) who is a veteran in property development, leasing and marketing and operations.
The Team is assembled under Synergy Mall Management Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd, which is a member of Johor Corporation’s group of companies.

He had earlier announced that the occupancy rate for KOMTAR JBCC had reached 90%. “We are very happy that we have managed to secure a high percentage on the occupancy before our opening which is scheduled for next month.”
