Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd (DASB) formerly known as Damansara Town Centre Sdn Bhd, is a member of the Johor Corporation Group of Companies. DASB was established in 1994 with a paid up capital of RM 633 million.

In 2005, DASB acquired Harta Consult Sdn Bhd, a company that has been serving Johor Corporation as an in-house property manager for more than 30 years.

With the acquisition, DASB currently stands amongst the country’s leading property investment and management companies with more than 100 employees that manages over 5 million sq. ft of retail and commercial space including bus and ferry terminal, wet market, sports complexes and resort with the total property value of RM 1.4 billion.
